Daphne Vasquez,PMP,CSM,CSSGB (Lean and Six Sigma)

Daphne Vasquez has diverse work experience in project management roles. Daphne currently works as a Technical Project Manager at JMA Solutions since April 2021. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at Bakersfield Family Medical Group/Heritage Provider Network from May 2018 to November 2022. In this role, they managed complex project plans, budgets, and resources, reporting on progress to stakeholders. At NuSil Technology, LLC, Daphne served as an R&D Technical Administrator/ Laboratory Supervisor from June 2014 to May 2018, leading teams and successfully launching new products. Daphne also worked as a Project Coordinator from January 2013 to June 2014 at the same company. Prior to that, Daphne was a Utilization Review Support Specialist at The Holman Group from March 2009, with responsibilities including administrative tasks and maintaining workflow within the clinical department.

Daphne Vasquez obtained their Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Daphne has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Daphne earned their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in January 2015. In January 2017, they achieved the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance. Most recently, Daphne earned their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2020.
