Andy Poschl has over 20 years of experience in construction and project management. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Alliance Construction/Cornerstone Group. In 2008, they joined SRP IHOP RESTAURANTS as the Director of Construction, Design, Development, and Facilities Management, where they oversaw the development, design, and construction of new IHOP Restaurants and managed the maintenance of existing ones. In 2014, they became a Project Executive at Kaufman Lynn Construction, a role they held until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Development and Construction at Proton Builders. Starting in 2023, they will take on the role of Senior Project Manager at John Moriarty & Associates. Andy Poschl possesses strong leadership and management skills, and a proven track record in managing construction projects.

Andy Poschl has a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Miami, which they obtained from 1979 to 1981. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad de Panamá from 1976 to 1979, studying Architecture. Andy also has a BS degree in Math from Balboa High School in Panama Canal Zone, which they completed from 1972 to 1975. In addition to their education, Andy Poschl holds several certifications, including being an Associate Realtor, a Florida Certified General Contractor, a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor, and a State of Florida Home Inspector.
