Technical Education Senior System Engineer at JMA Wireless

David Bennett has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. David is currently working as a Technical Education System Engineer at JMA Wireless since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager Fiber based Networks at American Tower from July 2021 to August 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, David held the position of Sr. Project Engineer at Insite Wireless Group. In this role, they managed large-scale DAS deployments for various properties across multiple states in the Western US. This includes projects such as Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas Wynn-Encore properties, Moscone Center, and Beverly Hilton-Waldorf Astoria Hotel, among others.

Before that, David worked at CommScope as a Sr. Field Applications Engineer from 2009 to 2015. David was responsible for designing, deploying, implementing, and supporting in-building DAS systems for both small and large-scale projects. Some notable projects include Staples Center, UCLA campus, Denver International Airport, and Quest Field.

David also has experience at AT&T Mobility as a Project Manager and RF Test Engineer in 2009, T-Mobile as a 3G Network Specialist in 2008, and SeaMobile as an Operations Manager from 2007 to 2008.

Their earlier roles include Network Performance Engineer at AT&T/Cingular from 2001 to 2007, and OMC Network Element Specialist at ATT Wireless from 1999 to 2001.

David Bennett began their education in 1994, obtaining a Computer Literacy Certificate from National University. From 1995 to 1996, they attended San Diego State University to pursue classes towards a BS in Information Systems with a focus on Computer Engineering.
