Lenin N.

Lenin N. has extensive experience in the field of antenna engineering. Lenin is currently serving as the Director of Antenna Engineering at JMA Wireless since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a DGM at Jio Platforms Limited from December 2020 to May 2021. Lenin also held the position of Engineering Manager (BSA R&D) at CommScope from March 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining CommScope, Lenin worked as a Principal Engineer - Antenna at ACE Technologies/ACE Antenna India Pvt Ltd from May 2016 to August 2018. Lenin also served as a Scientist at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) from July 2014 to May 2016.

Lenin's career includes managerial roles as well, such as Manager - Antenna at Reliance Jio from June 2013 to June 2014 and Principal Engineer - Antenna at Powerwave Technologies from August 2010 to May 2013.

Lenin'sexperience also extends internationally, having worked as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Motorola, Malaysia from January 2009 to July 2010, and as a Design Engineer-Antenna at Si2Microsystems Ltd. from August 2007 to January 2009.

Lenin's career began as a Research Scientist at SAMEER (R&D of DIT, Govt of India) from August 2004 to November 2006. Throughout their professional journey, they have gained expertise in the field of antenna engineering and has contributed significantly to various organizations in this domain.

Lenin N. began their education in 1998, attending R.V.R.&J.C. College of Engg at Nagarjuna University. Lenin completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering in 2002. Following this, they pursued further education at Osmania University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Microwave and Radar Engineering.
