Nicolò Bravaccini has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Nicolò started their career in 2011 as an Electronic Division Engineer at UniBo Motorsport, where they were involved in developing a fully custom real-time bidirectional telemetry system. This system allowed him to remotely monitor CAN data and send commands to the car control system. Their role also involved designing and programming microcontroller boards, FPGA, and single board computers.
In 2016, Nicolò joined the National Research Council (CNR) as a Research Fellow. Here, they contributed to the development of a real-time M2M system for collecting air-quality data from intelligent sensor-boxes installed on public transportation and fixed positions. These sensor-boxes had a wide range of functionality and could be remotely controlled from the server side. This system was a part of a larger Smart-cities project aimed at collecting and analyzing various data for better city management.
Currently, Nicolò is working at JMA Wireless as a System Engineer since 2017. Further details about their role and responsibilities at this company are not provided.
Nicolò Bravaccini's education history includes a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the same institution, from 2008 to 2011. Their earlier education consists of attending Liceo Scientifico from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their Maturità Scientifica in Liceo Scientifico P.N.I. In addition to their degrees, Nicolò also obtained a certification in Esame di Stato, Ingegneria dell'Informazione from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in June 2015.
