Lindsay Monti

Lindsay is the firm’s general counsel and chief compliance officer. She guides the firm in completing transactions, including deal structuring and execution, and advises on portfolio company matters, compliance and internal legal matters. Prior to joining JMI in 2021, Lindsay was a partner in the corporate group at Venable LLP in Baltimore and a member of Venable’s national mergers and acquisitions committee.
