Jim Sullivan

Jim Sullivan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Assessing for the City of Chelsea, a position held since February 2018, responsible for valuing over $10 billion in property to establish the city's annual tax rate. Additionally, Jim has been recognized as "Inspector of the Year" while working as a Commercial Insurance Field Inspector for JMI Reports since 2006. Jim's diverse background includes roles as a Real Estate Appraiser at K & R Appraisal Services and a Sales Engineer at Intuit, contributing to pre and post-sales assessments. Previous positions also include Consultative Sales Account Manager and Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations at Thomson Corporation, where Jim designed and managed a sales force automation system.
