Randy Carter has an extensive work history in the sports industry. Randy started their career at Holy Names University in 2010 as a Men's Assistant Basketball Coach, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Northwest Nazarene University. In 2014, they joined Peak Sports MGMT as the Business Development Manager for the University of Central Arkansas, and later became the GM of Corporate Sponsorships for ACU Wildcat Sports Properties. In 2016, they were promoted to VP of Business Development at Peak Sports MGMT. Since 2016, Randy has been working at JMI Sports, where they initially held the position of Account Executive. Randy later advanced to Senior Account Executive and is currently the Director of New Partnerships.
Randy Carter obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Holy Names University, completing the degree between 2010 and 2012.
