Michael Miller

Michael Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and business transactions. Currently a member at the Law Office of Michael Miller since October 2020, Michael provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs and privately held businesses, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and contract matters. In addition, Michael serves as a board member at Denovo Ventures LLC, promoting ERP solutions, and as General Counsel for JMJ Associates, a prominent culture transformation firm. Michael’s prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel and a member of the Executive Committee at Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, and a Shareholder at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
