Brady Haslebacher, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Brady is currently working as a Project Manager at JMT Consulting Group, where they manage ERP implementation projects for Non-Profit companies. Brady has successfully implemented Sage Intacct, Vena, and Salesforce, maintaining a 100% on-time implementation rate.

Prior to their current role, Brady had a long career with the United States Air Force. Brady served as the Training and Development Director for Aircraft Maintenance, where they were responsible for determining instructional methods and developing training resources for 350 students annually. Brady also directed and coordinated classes for 19 instructors in 15 Maintenance Specialties, supporting a large number of personnel.

Brady also held the role of Maintenance Operations Manager, where they managed a large team and oversaw the operations of 27 aircraft. Brady coordinated fleet modifications and managed the Crashed, Damaged, or Disabled Aircraft Recovery program for specific areas of responsibility.

In addition, Brady worked as a KC-46 Maintenance and Life Cycle Logistics Analyst, where they developed data management plans and analyzed maintenance repair data for the Air Force's newest aircraft acquisition. Brady also served as the KC-135 Electrical and Environmental Systems Area Manager/Technician, where they managed the electrical and environmental systems for a fleet of 56 aircraft.

Brady Haslebacher, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from DeVry University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from the Community College of the Air Force. This degree was attained from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, Brady Haslebacher has obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022. Brady also holds certifications in Project Management Foundations and Program Management Foundations from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2022 and August 2021, respectively. Furthermore, Brady Haslebacher has a certification in DoD Test and Evaluation level 1 from the Defense Acquisition University, which they obtained in September 2013.
