Dorothy Willis has extensive work experience in human resources. Dorothy has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Human Resource Director at JMT Consulting, Senior Human Resources Consultant at HR Solutionz, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Infrared Cameras, Inc. Dorothy has also served as Director of Agile HR at Agilest Business Solutions, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at EXE Technologies, and Human Resources Director at McKesson. Earlier in their career, they worked at 3Com and Nortel Networks, where they held positions such as Field Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Dorothy has demonstrated expertise in HR management, compliance, employment law, talent acquisition, and strategic planning. Dorothy is experienced in overseeing HR functions, developing HR programs, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. Additionally, they have extensive experience in training and development, acquisition analyses, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Dorothy Willis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Dorothy also obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Southern Methodist University. In addition to their degrees, Dorothy has obtained certifications such as the SPHR-CP (Senior Professional Human Resources) from the SHRM (obtained in February 2018) and the GPHR-CP (Global Professional Human Resources) (recertification) from the HR Certification Institute (obtained in July 2016).
