Billur Cerrah

Billur joined JMW in January 2022 as a solicitor for the Real Estate Residential team. She has graduated from City University with a 2:1 in her LLB and completed the LPC in 2016/2017.

Prior to joining JMW, she completed her training contract in a small based law firm in London and worked in a well-established conveyancing law firm thereafter. She specializes in a wide range of residential property transactions which include re-mortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions, sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership and new build properties.
