Rachael Heyes

Rachael is an associate solicitor in the Clinical Negligence Department and in addition to managing her own caseload, provides support and assistance to Partner, Sally Leonards on the complex high-value brain and spinal injury cases.

Rachael obtained first-class honors in her law degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. Subsequently, she studied the Legal Practice Course at the same institution, gaining a distinction.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Rachael gained experience as a paralegal in the clinical negligence department at Stephensons Solicitors, before joining JMW in August 2015 and commencing her training contract in September 2016.
