Thomas Pearson

Thomas joined JMW in 2013 from DTM Legal where he was Head of Property and part of the initial team who formed the start-up where he built up their property team - this hands on experience of business development in setting up a law firm from scratch coupled with the demands, pressures and opportunities faced by running an SME means he is ideally placed to understand clients’ needs to assist them in making commercial decisions.

Since joining he has assisted to the significant growth of JMW’s Real Estate offering whilst continuing to build his reputation and client base and now co-heads the Real Estate Commercial department.

He is a firm believer in the power of making worthwhile connections and seeking to understand how best to link these people to create new opportunities for both established clients, contacts and referrers alike.
