Tom Cressey

Tom joined JMW in August 2015 from SAS Daniels LLP, where he was joint-head of the property team.

His practice encompasses the entire range of non-contentious real estate commercial work; landowner, developer, tenant, public authority and distressed property. Tom is especially experienced in development work having acted on a number of local projects, including the recently-opened Altrincham Hospital.

Having run a large team, Tom is well aware of the business pressures that drive transactions and will always seek to present options and solutions in a commercial manner.

Outside of work, Tom is a playing member of Bowdon RUFC in Altrincham and plays serviceable golf when the weather’s nice.
