Diego Jordan

Diego Jordan is a Service Desk Analyst at JN Bank since July 2021. Prior to this, Diego worked as an Information Technology Officer at Jamaica Automobile Association from September 2014 to June 2021 and as a Technical Engagement Specialist at ACCENT Marketing from October 2012 to May 2014. Diego graduated from the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Diego has experience troubleshooting network connectivity and software issues, installing and configuring servers, and providing technical support to users.
