Paula Kara

Paula Kara, CMP, has over 25 years of experience in meeting services and event management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Meeting Services at the Society for Neuroscience since 2001, Paula has held various positions within the organization, including Director, Assistant Director, and Logistics Manager. Prior to this role, Paula served as Exhibits Manager at the American Academy of Physician Assistants from 1999 to 2001, and from 1994 to 1999, held the position of Manager of Registration, Housing, and Exhibits at the American Diabetes Association. Paula Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Individualized Study with a focus on Event Management and Communication from George Mason University.
