J.D. Ross, MBA-ITM, has a strong background in information technology and security. J.D. is currently serving as the Director of IT Security and End User Services at JOANN Stores, where they are responsible for improving risk mitigation and compliance. Prior to this role, they worked as the Information Security/Identity Access Leader at the same company, where they led IT security and compliance projects.

Before joining JOANN Stores, J.D. Ross worked as the Cyber Security Manager at Shearer's Snacks, where they established a security program from scratch and implemented various security strategies and tools. J.D. also created a steering committee to promote security and compliance awareness across the organization.

Earlier in their career, J.D. Ross held multiple roles at Signet, including Manager of IT Governance Risk & Compliance, IT Infrastructure Manager, Systems Analyst, and Senior Desktop Support Analyst. In these positions, they successfully led compliance efforts, streamlined processes, and ensured the security and accessibility of various systems and applications.

With their extensive experience and expertise in IT security and compliance, J.D. Ross has proven their ability to effectively manage teams, implement best practices, and drive improvements in risk mitigation and compliance.

J.D. Ross, MBA-ITM obtained a Master of Business Administration in IT Management from Western Governors University in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the same institution.
