Burt Halstead

Burt Halstead has held a variety of roles over the years. In 2017 and 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Summer Intern at CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions. Then, in 2019, they joined PrincetonOne as a Talent Assessment Specialist, where they conducted phone assessments, sourced candidates, and provided customer service throughout the interview process. Burt later transitioned to the role of Client Services Specialist, where they coordinated connections between Talent Assessment Specialists and qualified candidates, managed travel arrangements, and ensured accuracy in the overall process. In 2020, Burt became a Project Support Specialist at PrincetonOne, assisting in training newly hired employees, coordinating screens and interviews, and providing efficient and effective solutions. Currently, they work as a Sourcing Specialist at Job.com.

Burt Halstead obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, completing their education between 2016 and 2019.
