Lauren Koney

Lauren Koney has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as an Internet Research Specialist at Job.com. Lauren joined the company in July 2022 after it acquired PrincetonOne. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, showcasing their passion for fitness. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at PrincetonOne as an Internet Research Specialist. Additionally, Lauren gained valuable experience at Kent State University, where they served as a Research Assistant in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Lauren also held the role of Graduate Assistant at the university. Lauren's early career included a position as a Merchandiser at American Greetings.

Lauren Koney obtained a High School Diploma from Holy Name High School in 2010. Lauren then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Communication at Mercyhurst University, graduating in 2014. In the same year, Lauren participated in a Study Abroad program at Université catholique de Lille through the ESP- European Summer Program. Following this, they attended Kent State University from 2014 to 2016 and completed their Master's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lauren has several certifications in the fitness industry. Lauren became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA in September 2018. Lauren further obtained certifications such as Turbo Kick Live Instructor from Beachbody Live, Certified Instructor from WERQ Dance Fitness, Barre Intensity Instructor from Barre Intensity, and Aqua Zumba License from Zumba in subsequent years. Most recently, in January 2021, Lauren became a Certified HIGH and HIGH Low Instructor from HIGH Fitness, and in December 2022, they obtained the Certified HIGH Yo Instructor certification from the same institution. Lauren also holds a Zumba Basic 1 License from Zumba and a Heartsaver CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, obtained in June 2011 and April 2023, respectively.
