Michael Spellman

Michael Spellman has a solid background in account management, client development, and sports marketing. Michael started their career in 2011 as a Sports Director/Reporter at Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc., where they hosted sports segments, shows, and live game broadcasts. Michael also wrote, shot, and edited sports stories and highlights for broadcast and web. In 2013, they joined Galaxy Media Partners as a Sports Marketing Executive, where they implemented sports marketing plans, created advertising campaigns, and closed partnerships with local and national businesses. Michael also served as a Sports Talk Host, Sports Director, and Play by Play/Color Commentary, hosting a sports talk show, conducting interviews, and providing live commentary for college and high school game broadcasts. In 2016, they joined Fortus Healthcare Resources as an Account Management & Client Development Executive, and later in 2021, they joined Job.com in the same role, utilizing AI-powered recruitment technology to expedite hiring processes.

Michael Spellman attended Herkimer County Community College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Radio and Television. Michael then pursued further education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2000 to 2002. Here, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
