Natalia Kurashkina

Natalia Kurashkina has worked in a variety of positions since 2003. Natalia started their career as a Testing Specialist at ACDLabs in 2003, and then moved on to become a Lead Testing Specialist at РБК in 2005. In 2009, they joined Luxoft as a Test Manager and Testing Automation Engineer. In 2011, they became Test Manager at Ayyo Movies. From 2012 to 2014, they were Head of QA at Innova Systems. From 2014 to 2017, they were Head of QA/Release Management at Innova Co S.a r.l. Natalia is currently Head of Analytics and Data Science at JOB TODAY, where they are responsible for data infrastructure, warehousing and data process; data modelling, BI tool support and reporting; data analysis; and getting insights from data for a product team. Natalia also participates in product development that includes data processing.

Natalia Kurashkina received their Master's degree in Chemical Technology of Modern Power Engineering Materials from D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia between 1997 and 2003.
