Richard Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and project management. Currently, Richard serves as the Lead Solution Engineer for EMEA at JobAdder, focusing on understanding client business needs and delivering compelling product demonstrations. Prior to this, Richard held various positions at The Access Group, including Senior Solution Delivery Manager, where responsibility encompassed overseeing software project delivery, managing all phases of the project lifecycle, and ensuring client training and satisfaction. Richard's earlier roles span technical support, consultancy, and team leadership, complemented by experience in radio broadcasting and HR training. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing from Canterbury Christ Church University.
