Connie E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business ownership and management. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie has established a leading cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City, showcasing the city's vibrant culinary scene. Concurrently, Connie has co-owned Grupo Rexa since 2002, focusing on the construction and sale of industrial buildings to AAA firms in Mexico. Prior roles include a marketing position at BBVA en México from July 2008 to 2011 and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in 2005.
