Tom Wilkniß

Tom Wilkniß has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tom is currently the Head of Recruitment at Jobandtalent. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Sales New Business at Truffls GmbH from March 2020 to August 2021. Tom also worked as a Senior Account Manager at XING from July 2019 to January 2020. Before that, Tom held positions at PlusPeter GmbH as the Head of Sales from August 2017 to June 2019, and as a Senior Sales Manager from September 2016 to August 2017. Tom also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Sales Experts Germany SEG GmbH from October 2015 to August 2016. Tom gained valuable experience as a Working Student at Rocket Internet SE from December 2013 to July 2015, and as a Project Manager at Kopfreich in July 2014. Tom also worked at XCSE Experience Customer Service as a Recruiter from March 2013 to June 2013, and as a Tele Sales Agent from June 2012 to June 2013. Tom started their career as a Call Agent at YouGov from September 2009 to May 2012.

Tom Wilkniß holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kommunikationsmanagement/Politikkommunikation from BSP Business School Berlin Potsdam. Tom went on to pursue a Master's degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie/Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung from the same institution, which they completed in 2013. In 2015, Tom earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Medienpsychologie from BSP Business School Berlin Potsdam. Additionally, they obtained a Zertifikat in Analytische Intensivberatung (Wochenendstudium) from BSP Business School Berlin Potsdam, completing it in 2017.
