Nicole Nietfeldt has a diverse work experience. Nicole started their career in 2015 as an Operations Team Lead for tronc (formerly Tribune Publishing). In this role, they developed a multi-state license plan to establish an internal broker services team, established and optimized operational processes, and hired, trained, and managed onshore and offshore teams. In 2018, they moved to SynoPay, Inc. as the Director of Onboarding and Customer Success. In this role, they managed business identity verification and risk assessment in accordance with governing KYC process, activated new merchant accounts through QR code generation, API activation, POS systems, and mobile apps, and developed functionality requirements for the development team and performed QA after each sprint. Currently, Nicole is a Customer Success Manager at Jobba Trade Technologies.
Nicole Nietfeldt obtained their IL Real Estate Broker License from the State of Illinois in November 2009, after completing their studies at the Real Estate Institute in the field of Real Estate.
