Iryna Topilina is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background in the tech and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Influ2 and a Human Resources Consultant at Mantis Analytics, Iryna is instrumental in establishing HR and recruitment processes to support impactful technological initiatives. Previously, Iryna held the role of Talent Acquisition Partner at Jobbatical, where significant improvements in recruitment efficiency were achieved. With a strong foundation in technical recruiting from positions at Recruiting Banda and Lizard Soft, as well as leadership experience in recruitment services at Creative Quarter and earlier roles, Iryna has developed expertise in scaling technical teams and delivering strategic HR solutions. Iryna holds a Master of Science degree in Sociology from National Aviation University.
