Miroslav Adamciak

Miroslav Adamciak serves as the Integrated Talent Management Lead at Philip Morris International since August 2019, overseeing a comprehensive range of topics for a major RRP manufacturing site with over 3000 employees, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee experience. Previous roles include STRIPES Data & Planning Global Head and EU Region Performance Management Deployment Lead, focusing on performance management frameworks and change management strategies. Prior to PMI, Miroslav held positions at SAP as a Talent & Organizational Development Executive and at Speak as an HR Service Consultant. Educational qualifications include two Master's degrees in Teaching English or French as a Second or Foreign Language from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici.
