Elayne Ward

Elayne Ward currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Jobber, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Elayne held various leadership roles at Intuit Mailchimp from November 2016 to February 2024, including Vice President of Customer Success and Senior Director of Customer Care. Elayne's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Client Services at Mblox and multiple positions at OpenText, culminating as Senior Manager of Support Operations. Elayne possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Franklin University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Sinclair Community College, and Six Sigma certification from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
