Rebecca Kapler

Rebecca Kapler is an experienced professional in community management and customer advocacy, currently serving as the Community Programs Manager at Jobber since November 2015. In this role, Rebecca leads the Jobber Grants program, manages multi-channel marketing strategies, and fosters community engagement online. Previous positions at Jobber include Customer Advocate Strategist and Community Coordinator, where Rebecca focused on optimizing customer referrals and creating educational resources. Earlier experience includes roles at The Nation Network in marketing and customer service coordination, and at ATCO Electric in customer relations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2010 and 2015.
