Stephanie Petry is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at Jobber since February 2022, Stephanie leads the Talent Attraction and Talent Development team. Previously, at Lightspeed HQ, significant roles included Director of Talent Attraction and Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, optimization, and management of talent acquisition across multiple global offices. Additional experience includes positions at GO ROCK IT, Genetec, AppHelp by AppDirect, and CGI, where Stephanie managed recruitment processes, developed service offerings, and led training initiatives.
