Celeste Trovato has been working in the field since 2013. Celeste began their career at Due Torri as a Merchandiser Executive. In 2015, they moved to C2C - Close to Consumer, where they held the role of Project Delivery Senior - Hr Recruiter. In 2022, they joined Jobby, where they currently serve as Director People & Operations and People Operations Lead.

Celeste Trovato obtained a Master non universitario in Project Management from CESMA Executive Education between 2018 and 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Scienze Politiche from Università degli Studi di Milano between 2010 and 2015, specializing in Scienze Internazionali ed istituzioni Europee.
