Farrell Ross

Farrell Ross has extensive work experience in the field of People & Culture. From 2021, they have been working at Jobcase, Inc. as the VP, People & Culture. Before that, they held roles as Senior Director and Director of People & Culture at the same company. Prior to joining Jobcase, Inc., Farrell worked at Wayfair from 2015 to 2021. During their time at Wayfair, they served as a Senior Manager, Talent Relations Technology and Manager, Talent Relations. Farrell also held roles as Manager and Assistant Manager of Talent Management. Before Wayfair, Farrell worked at CDM Smith as an HR Program Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. Farrell started their career as a Human Resources Talent Management Intern at GTECH in 2012 and as an Event Planning Intern at Rue La La in 2010.

Farrell Ross attended Bryant University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology with a minor in Business Administration in Human Resources and Communications. In 2011, they also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Otago, focusing on Psychology.
