Ramona Sturzenegger

Ramona Sturzenegger has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ramona began their career at Trabeco AG as a Recruiter in 2001 and worked there until 2007. Ramona then joined IKEA Group as a Specialist Recruitment until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Consultant at the Office of Economics and Labour (AWA) in Zurich. In 2011, they joined SR Technics Group as the Head of Recruiting until 2014. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the Managing Director at Exbird GmbH. In 2018, they joined Sixsentix as the Head of Human Resources Switzerland. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at JobCloud AG | jobup.ch - jobs.ch since 2023, and prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at the same company from 2020 to 2023.
