Joseph CHIDIAC

Joseph Chidiac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at JobDiva since February 2020, Joseph has also held the position of CEO at Improve Data since January 2015, overseeing key applications such as IRadius and ILog. Prior to these roles, Joseph was the Director of Product Engineering at ROXANA from July 1999 to January 2015, where responsibilities included directing software product development and supporting efforts, notably conceptualizing and managing the "Implify" software for data-driven industries. Early career experience includes rapid advancement from Software Engineer to key project manager, including the development of a patented data transfer automation software for JobDiva and leadership in IT Service Management at EasyVista.
