Katherine Onk

Katherine Onk is currently the Senior Director of Data Analytics at JobGet. Prior to that, they were the Director, Analytics at Omaze from November 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for team growth, business intelligence tooling, enterprise analytics, data prioritization, growth marketing, product analytics, and change management.

Katherine has been working in the field of data analytics for over 10 years. Katherine started their career as a data analyst at a small startup and then transitioned to a larger company, Omaze, where they took on a leadership role. In their time at Omaze, they were able to grow the analytics team from 0 to 3 resources and scale the Tableau and Looker reporting tools across the organization. Katherine also oversaw the global business enterprise analytics and owned the "State of the Business" report with input from cross functional teams. In addition to their work with enterprise analytics, Katherine also collaborated with multi-channel stakeholders to ensure measurement across campaigns and customers on Facebook, Instagram, Email, Google Paid Search, TikTok, Podcast, Affiliate n& Connected TV.

Katherine is known for their ability to prioritize data and their focus on customer LTV and retention. Katherine is a coach and leader in the field of data analytics, always looking for ways to help their team grow and improve.
