Tommy Aittola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tommy began their career as a Summer Trainee at Expert AS in 2008 and later became a Summer Trainee at Oy Gustav Paulig Ab in 2011. In 2013, Tommy worked as a Security Officer at Turvatiimi Oyj.

Tommy's sales experience began in 2014 when they worked as a Sales Representative at Promotion Point, where they gained valuable skills in prospecting and face-to-face sales. In 2014, they also volunteered at Nordic Business Forum, focusing on customer service and event setup.

In 2016, Tommy joined Finternet-Group as a B2B Sales Representative Trainee and later became a full-time B2B Sales Representative. Tommy then transitioned to Jobilla as a Project Manager & Web Designer, responsible for managing projects and designing websites.

In 2017, Tommy worked at Creato Oy as a Marketing Consultant, providing strategic marketing advice. Tommy also briefly served as a Customer Success & Content Marketing Team Leader at Finternet-Group.

From 2019 to 2022, Tommy held the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Jobilla, where they demonstrated leadership and expertise in marketing. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Journey at Jobilla, overseeing customer experience and journey optimization.

Tommy Aittola began their education in 2014 at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Professional Sales Degree Programme. Tommy completed their studies in 2017. In 2015, Tommy had the opportunity to be an exchange student at the University of Saskatchewan. During their year-long exchange, they focused on Business/Commerce.
