From 2003-2008, they were a Software Engineer at Research Academic Computer Technology Institute, where they participated in the development of a large-scale project and developed, supported, deployed, and documented a web interface of an online system.

Dimitris Andrikopoulos completed a Master Programme in Software Systems Engineering at RWTH Aachen from 2006 to 2009, with a focus on Computer Science. Prior to this, they completed an Undergraduate Programme in Computer Engineering and Informatics at the University of Patras in Greece from 2000 to 2006, also with a focus on Computer Science.
