Ramon Schröer

Ramon Schröer has been working in the field of operations since 2017. Ramon started as Head of Operations at Kolga GmbH in 2017 and then moved on to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2018 as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In 2021, they took on the role of Product Operations Manager at X24Factory - We are hiring ! and is currently in the same role at Joblift since 2022.

Ramon Schröer completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, a studienkolleg from Technische Universität Berlin, an International Baccalaureate Diploma (Bilingual) from NIST International School, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Alphadi Training Academy, and Cultural Enablers from Shingo Institute in 2021.
