Emma O'Sullivan has a strong work history spanning over two decades. Emma is currently the Head of Customer Success at Joblogic Service Management Software, a position they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Emma held various roles at Bromford, starting as a Housing Manager in January 2000 and progressing to become a Neighbourhood Manager, Locality Manager, and finally a Subject Matter Expert until May 2022.

Emma O'Sullivan attended King Edward VI Handsworth Girls from 1986 to 1991. Emma then pursued A Levels in English Literature, Sociology, and Theology at St Philips RC College from 1991 to 1993. Following that, Emma completed their BA Hons degree in Theology, Sociology, and English at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne from 1993 to 1996.
