Jeremy Phelps has a wealth of experience in customer service, project management, and photography. Jeremy began their career in 2007 as a Houseman/Rafting Guide for Princess Cruises. In 2008, they became a Team Leader for Convergys and then an Alarm Response Technician for APX Alarm Security Solutions Inc. in 2010. In 2011, they joined MetTel as a Repair Engineer in the SLC Network Operation Center, before becoming a Customer Support Specialist and then Supervisor of the SLC Network Operation Center. In 2018, they began freelancing as a Photographer, completing real estate photo/video projects, portraits, and vehicle photography. In 2021, they joined Weave HQ as a Customer Onboarding Manager, where they educated enterprise locations on Weave phones and SaaS platform. Jeremy also owned the discovery and success of the client's needs for technical multi-location phone and call routing configurations, and collaborated with management and peers to implement Taskray as a project management tool. In 2022, they joined JobNimbus as an Onboarding Specialist.

Jeremy Phelps' education history includes American Fork High School from 2001 to 2004, Utah College of Massage Therapy from 2005 to 2006, and self-taught photography from 2018 to 2020. Jeremy also holds certifications from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX, including CS50's Introduction to Computer Science, obtained in September 2022, and Introduction to Programming with Scratch, obtained in June 2022.
