Matt Brown💭

Matt Brown has worked for three companies, JobNimbus, City of South Jordan, and Salt Lake Community College. Matt began their career at the City of South Jordan in 1999 as a Police Officer, and was later promoted to Sergeant. In 2010, they became an Adjunct Professor at Salt Lake Community College, instructing firearms and scenario-based training to students in the law enforcement academy. In 2021, they joined JobNimbus as a People Success Coach and a Growth Services Advisor. While at the City of South Jordan, they were a Lieutenant in the Special Services Division, managing 15 direct reports and instructing Conflict Resolution, de-escalation techniques, and Community response to active shooter events.

Matt Brown attended Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. Matt then returned to Western Governors University from 2018 to 2019 to earn a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General.
