Jacob Grijalva

Jacob Grijalva has extensive experience in recruitment and account management, currently holding the position of Executive Manager at Jobot since September 2021, where previous roles included Principal Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. Prior to Jobot, Jacob worked at Aerotek from August 2017 to September 2021, serving as Industrial Account Manager, Account Recruiting Manager, and Recruiter, responsibilities included account management, client services, employee fulfillment, and developing recruitment strategies. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Rio Hondo College.
