Xincheng Liu

Xincheng (Ryan) Liu is a highly skilled engineering professional with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Jobright.ai since May 2023, Xincheng is responsible for creating search and recommendation features powered by large language models. Previously, as an Engineering Manager at News Break, Xincheng modernized local news recommendations and optimized user-generated content video recommendations, resulting in significant increases in user engagement. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where Xincheng enhanced communication for Google and Nest devices, and as a Software Engineer at Amazon, contributing to the development of features for Amazon Fire products and the AWS S3 API. Xincheng holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Beijing Jiaotong University.
