Pavi Iyer

Pavi Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2014, Pavi co-founded and managed their own coffee roastery business, handling various aspects such as sales, marketing, and payroll. In 2016, they worked as a Talent Attraction & Learning Development Specialist at PPG Industries, managing recruitment and implementing learning programs. Pavi then moved on to roles as a Recruitment Lead at the University of Melbourne and a Talent Acquisition Lead at Mazda Australia Pty Ltd. In 2020, they took on the position of APAC Program Manager at Talent Board, where they focused on promoting quality candidate experiences. Pavi also served as the Talent Acquisition APAC Lead at Catapult, an engagement platform for sports teams, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at CyberCX. In 2021, Pavi became the Global Talent Manager at Liven, a platform for restaurants and hospitality. Most recently, they assumed the role of Head of People & Talent at Mindset Health.

Pavi Iyer holds a Bachelor of International Business (Applied) degree from RMIT University. In 2011, they also studied International Business with a focus on Business Globalisation at Ryerson University. Additionally, Pavi has obtained certifications in Career Strategy Roadmap, Security Pathways Program - Technical Hands-on Training, LevelUp Program, HR and Digital Transformation, TMP Facilitator Accreditation, and PPA Accreditation.
