Beth E. Massa (Shephard)

Beth E. Massa (Shephard) currently serves as the Manager of Insights at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Massa worked as an Associate Government Program Analyst at the California Conservation Corps Foundation from July 2019 to August 2022 and held positions as a Marketing Specialist and Senior Administrative Assistant at the Ventura County Community College District from October 2016 to July 2019. Additionally, Massa gained experience as a Program Coordinator for the County of Ventura from August 2014 to March 2016 and as an Entertainment Correspondent for CalTV from August 2012 to May 2014. Early career experience includes an internship at Daversa Partners in 2012 and serving as a Student Ambassador at Ventura College from July 2011 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Economics from Ventura College.
