Carol Gerwin

Carol Gerwin serves as the Editorial Director at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since January 2014, focusing on enhancing organizational messaging and thought leadership to promote economic advancement. Previously, as the Associate Director of Editorial Services, Carol collaborated with subject matter experts to elevate JFF's communications. Carol has a diverse background in writing and editing, including roles as a Senior Writer/Editor for independent projects and as a Communications Consultant at JFF from 2005 to 2013. Carol's earlier experience includes working as Associate Editor at CommonWealth magazine and as an Education Reporter at The Patriot Ledger. Carol graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Brandeis University in 1990.
