Hanna Juergens is a seasoned professional in workforce development and gender studies with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Hanna serves as the Director of Development at Jobs for the Future (JFF), focusing on aligning and transforming the American workforce and education systems. Prior roles include Senior Program/Administrative Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, where Hanna coordinated the Gender Working Group, and Assistant to the Director at the Broad Institute. Hanna's career also features positions with Swanee Hunt Alternatives, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wheaton College, and the Lawrence History Center. Hanna holds a Master of Arts in Gender & Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies & European History from Wheaton College and a visiting student experience at the University of Oxford.
