Maria Flynn serves as the President and CEO of Jobs for the Future since October 2007, following a progressive career within the U.S. Department of Labor, where roles included Administrator of the Office of Policy Development and Research and Division Chief of One-Stop Operations. Maria has extensive experience in policy and research, having held positions such as Team Leader for the Policy and Legislation Team and Policy Director for the National School-to-Work Office. Educational background includes a Master of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, alongside several executive education courses from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan and the Haas School of Business. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University.
