Shai Wolf

Shai Wolf is an experienced program manager currently working at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since December 2022, focusing on strategic advising for the California Workforce Systems Transformation Project and leading initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility within registered apprenticeship. Previously, Shai served as a Data Integrity Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, managing sensitive databases and alumni data requests. Other roles include Program Assistant for Marking the Path Podcast, where administrative support was provided to the CEO, and Engagement Coordinator at AXIS Dance Company, promoting educational programs. As Program Director at Ballet Oberlin, Shai oversaw logistical responsibilities and significantly increased class frequency and membership. Shai holds a degree in Anthropology from Oberlin College, along with studies in Musical Theatre from the National Theater Institute.
